Vendors have their own sign-up procedures, which are outlined in the packet sent home today.
Fall 2023 after school club packets were sent home today with your students - please check their backpacks. If your student is interested in Burley-run after school clubs, please complete the 2023 Burley Out of School Time Club Request Form to enroll. (External club vendors set their own general enrollment parameters and have their own enrollment procedures.) Enrollment requests begin today, Friday, September 15th at 3:30pm and close Wednesday, Sept 20th at 5pm.
Complete one (1) club request form for each of your children at Burley (even siblings). To do that, after completing the first form, select the option to "submit another response." Only 1 parent submission per child. Please make sure to complete the Google enrollment request form prior to September 20th.
We do our best to honor club enrollment requests, but each club has a limited capacity so we cannot guarantee enrollment. If your child is not assigned a slot in a specific club request, they will be put in a waitlist. Burley staff-run club placement is not a first come/first served basis.
Finalized Burley staff-run, external vendor club assignments and waitlist statuses will be sent home in backpacks on Friday, September 29th. After school clubs begin the week of October 2nd and end the week of December 11th.
