We need YOU to help make the Fall Fun Fair a success! Here's how:
Burley's beloved Book Bash event is an annual celebration of the written word, where authors and Burley students across every grade level come together as peers, asking questions, engaging in discovery, and sharing inspiration about their experiences in writing.
One of the highlights of Book Bash is taking home a book signed by the authors. Book pre-ordering ends THIS Wednesday, October 2. Only a limited quantity of books will be available for sale on the day of the event. Books purchased by the deadline will be signed by the authors before or after their presentations, and delivered to the students' classrooms at the end of Book Bash day.
There are two options for placing a book order:
To ensure your child receives a signed book, pre-order your book!
A percentage of all book sales are donated back to Burley School by Roscoe Books.
As parents, you play a key role in helping your child succeed in school. Curriculum Night is an important opportunity to learn about Burley's instructional program and the expectations and goals in each grade.
Join us in the gym at 5:30 for the opening presentation from administration and the specials teachers (technology, art, physical education, and STEAM). Afterwards, there will be 2 sessions of classroom presentations where you can meet the teacher and learn about the curriculum and expectations for the year.
Please keep in mind:
- This event is for parents - children need not attend.
- Parking is in the neighborhood only. Do not park in the corner Ashland/Barry lot.
We look forward to seeing you at Curriculum Night!
