Google Meet, by way of Classroom

Students always join their Google Meets from a link in Google Classroom. If you see the camera icon at the top of the Classroom screen, use that. If the icon does not appear, look for the link the teacher posted in the Google Classroom Stream. Please note: Links only work once the teacher is present!

Self Service

Missing an app? Try Self Service!

If an iPad app is missing, look for this four-color icon. The Jamf Self Service app lets you download school-purchsed and assigned apps. Don't go to the App Store! An app store or iTunes login will interfere with our ability to send apps to your child.

Seesaw Family App for grades K-4

The Family App allows you to access work in your child's Seesaw journal. Personalized links have been emailed to the addresses we have in the CPS Aspen system.

Password/Account Issues?

If your child is new to CPS, it may take a few days for their username and password to appear in our system. We will be reaching out to families throughout the weekend to ensure everyone can connect on the first day of school. Please review the documents in your Remote Learning Kit (also linked below). Fill out a Help Desk request for further assistance.

Review these documents!

There are 3 important documents in your Remote Learning Kit (plus a Parent Email Verification). Please review them with your child and keep them in a safe place. Be sure to follow the steps on the Device Checklist to ensure readiness for the school year.
